Hi yall! Im updating my review as I have lived here longer. Chelston was great in helping us get in and very responsive, I love her. I will say they have been speedy with maintenance requests too. But, we have been having an ant problem, set out traps and also had maintenance come through a couple times and they still are all over our home. We figured out there’s some cracks in our walls like in the caulk under our windows and they’re coming in through there so I’m sure maintenance will help but it’s just been a headache. The main reason for -2 stars is because parking is so difficult.
Exceptional place! Highly recommend!
Lived here for 8 months and there’s always some maintenance going on. Haven’t had consistent water works for about 3 months.
