10 star recommendation if possible! Chase was very knowledgeable in his craft, came out and fixed my water tank problem in a timely mannet! I woukd recommend him/ waterman plumbing to all my friends without reservation! Job well done!
I cannot recommend Chase at Waterman Plumbing highly enough. After a frustrating and expensive experience with another local company that misdiagnosed our toilet issue and failed to fix it, Chase came in and completely saved the day. From the moment he arrived, Chase was polite, professional, and made a fantastic impression. What really stood out was his knowledge and systematic approach to troubleshooting. Instead of just guessing, he took the time to run proper diagnostics.
Waterman Plumbing offered great service, and fixed our bathroom issue. They showed up when they were supposed to, showed us picture and video documentation of the work done, and made some great recommendations when I asked about other projects. I would highly recommend Chase Hester and his business!
