Six weeks we climbed, “They’re waiting on a part,” Until someone discovered It was, in fact, The wrong part. Two months later, A miracle occurred. It hummed. It rose. It carried people. For three glorious days. Then, with impeccable timing, It returned to its natural state: Out of Order. The second elevator, Now burdened with the dreams Of an entire building, Has developed a weekly tradition Of taking a sick day.

Absolutely stunning building with a rooftop lounge with barbecue areas they even have a dog walk and a theater room and rooms for parties and you don't even have to rent them you can just request them you just have to clean up after yourself which is no big deal they have a workout gym they have a package room which is convenient the only thing better is if they had a dog wash station

There is hope for this new management, Avenue 5, that took over the property so I'm updating my review accordingly. The main elevator in the building was out for a FULL 42 DAYS. This likely resulted in increased wear on Elevator 2 that caused it to go down for several brief periods but was usually fixed within a day or two. They seem to be increasing their communications and keeping tenants in the loop a bit better now. We received notification that the garages were going to be cleaned and that our vehicles needed to be removed for the day.
