The company owner, Shea Martin, and his team have done an excellent job with interior painting of our house - part of a major remodel. The painting work was complicated by the presence of other contractors, high ceilings, a precarious two story stairwell and the need for unanticipated drywall work. From the time of contract negotiation through project execution, Shea was attentive to project details, always focused on the quality of the paint job. The First Rate painters were courteous and professional as well. New floor areas and furniture were fully protected, with extensive use of plastic and paper. Shea also went "beyond the call of duty," installing a very large art piece in a high stair well and assisting with the lighting in this area. In today's world, it's refreshing to find a dependable team: professions following through with a large scale project at every step.
