About Prosper
Prosper is a town in Collin and Denton counties in the U.S. state of Texas. Prosper is located within the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metropolitan area. As of the 2010 census, its population was 9,423; as of 2020, its population was 30,174. == History == The first settlers arrived in 1846 to farm cotton in the black fertile prairie soil. Between 1850 and 1902, two settlements existed - Rock Hill was two miles south of the present town and Richland was one mile north.

We recently had Texas Star Painting complete the exterior painting of our home and re-stain two garage doors. From beginning to end, the process was professional and painless. Carter and Casey provided accurate and fair quotes, the work was performed as promised and on time and the crew was extremely courteous and professional. I was very impressed with my Texas Star Painting experience. We had our shutters (24) painted plus the front door refinished, stained, with clear coat (marine grade) applied. The people and the process was very professional as well as clean (no mess). The quality of work and their attention to detail was very impressive.
